Q. How long has Little Adventures® been in business?
A. Little Adventures® was started by two stay-at-home moms seven years ago, who felt that dress ups could be more affordable, comfortable, washable and adorable. The company has grown from their basement to manufacturing and distributing our wonderful line of dress ups and accessories all over the world.
Q. What makes your dress ups stand out above the rest?
A. Glad you asked! Companies, as well as consumers, love our Little Adventures® dress ups for many reasons. They are an incredible value, with clothing quality washable fabrics that are super comfortable along with adorable matching designs for adults, children and dolls or plush animals. All of our products are "Mom designed, with kids in mind".
Q. What are the wash and care instructions?
A. All of our dress ups are machine washable, which is truly unique in the dress up market! We then suggest to line dry, as this will keep the unique trims and fabrics looking their best.
Q. What are the order minimum amounts?
A. First orders require a $200 minimum purchase, subsequent orders are only $100. However, we have NO individual product minimums or case packs, which offers a lot of flexibility in fulfilling these already low minimum requirements.
Q. Do I have to own a retail store to order at wholesale prices?
A. Wholesale regulations allow us to work with those with a valid business license, sales tax ID#, or equivalent international ID#. Contact us for further clarification, if needed.
Q. What if I just want a few dress ups for my children?
A. We can not sell to the general public, since we are restricted to the wholesale regulation mentioned above. However, if you would like help finding one of our wonderful retailers near you, simply click on the "Retailers" link at the top of our website to visit our map.
Q. What are my options to place an order?
A. We prefer all orders be processed through our website or one of our nationwide rep groups, as this prevents errors and delays in your shipment. However, you are also welcome to fax an order to 801-785-7233 or email info@littleadventures.com.
Q. Do you have a printed catalog I can order from?
A. Yes, we have a printed wholesale catalog available for FREE through our website; it's found under the "Printed Catalogs" section. Simply add one to your order and it will be shipped to you right away. No shipping charges will be applied.
Q. If an item is listed on your website is that a guarantee that it's in stock?
A. While we try our best to keep the website updated, occasionally we run out of a product. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, it will be considered a backorderd item. You will be notified of any such items, and we will ship them out as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
Q. Do you sell your items year round?
A. Yes, we are a year round company specializing in the everyday dress up play that nurtures children's imaginations.
Q. Am I allowed to use your images if I sell your items?
A. Yes; however, please let us know and recieve permission before proceeding. We can then send you a complimentary copy of our custom image CD containing high-resolution pictures of our entire product line.
Q. Will you or anyone else use any of my registration information for soliciting?
A. Absolutely not! The only information kept on file is general contact info in case we need to contact you regarding an order or other questions. We never sell or share your info with anyone.
Q. What if I have forgotten my login information?
A. At the login prompt click "Forgot Password," you will then be prompted to enter your email address that you used to register. We will instantly email you the password. If you do not remember the email or password you used to register please email the following information to info@littleadventures.com: First and Last name, Company name and date you registered.
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Checks or money orders are accepted, but must be received prior to the order being shipped. International bank wiring can be arranged if needed. All forms of payment must clear before an order is shipped, unless specific terms have been prearranged.
Q. What are your shipping charges and by what method do you ship?
A. Actual shipping charges, along with material and labor costs, will be assessed on all orders. Shipping options include most UPS and USPS domestic choices; USPS is used for all international orders.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. All orders are shipped within 48 hours after they're recieved. UPS shipping to the continental U.S. typically takes 3-5 days; if your order is large ($1000+) it may take a bit longer. Also, international shipments can take up to two weeks, depending on customs.
Q. Do you offer drop shipping direct to consumers?
A. No, we do not offer direct consumer shipping as a general policy. However, in an emergency, we can drop ship an order for an extra $10 fee.
Q. Can I make a return?
A. Contact us for authorization to return items PRIOR to shipping them to receive full credit. All sales are final with the exception of a product that is found to be defective. We stand behind all of our products 100%. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it and ship it to you at our expense.
Q. What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
A. We try our best to be accurate on all orders; however, please carefully inspect all orders received against the included invoice. Claims for shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.
Q. Where can I get a quick look at all of your products?
A. After logging in, select the "Quick Order Form" under the Product Catalog column to the left to quickly scroll through our entire product line at a glance.
Q. Can I search for a certain type or style of dress up?
A. We do not have a dedicated search bar; however, you can choose a category under the Product Catalog column to the left that best matches the type or style of dress up or accessory you are looking for.
Q. How Do I contact Little Adventures® if I have additional questions?

Q. What is your policy about selling Little Adventures items on eBay?
A. Due to an agreement as part of the sale of an eBay store (My Dress Up Trunk), formerly run by company owners, prior to Little Adventures becoming a wholesale-only distribution company, we do not allow our products to be listed on eBay by any other reseller.
Q. Is there a MAP policy, and what are the details?
A. An important part of a high-quality specialty brand, like Little Adventures®, is maintaining price points that reflect our products true value. Therefore, we have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy that's designed to 1) prevent the erosion of our product's perceived value, and 2) maintain sufficient profit margins for our resellers.
1. $70 or more MAP value: maximum of 15% off
ex: 3 Trad Princess at $29.99 (MAP) x 3 = $89.97 - 15% = $76.48
2. $45 or more MAP value: maximum of 10% off
ex: 3 Hero Capes at $15.99 (MAP) x 3 = $47.97 - 10% = $43.17
Q. What are the MAP Policy enforcement guidelines?
A. First, an email is sent out as a "friendly" reminder, including MAP policy details. Pricing is expected to brought into compliance right away. If the policy continues to be ignored, however, Little Adventures® reserves the right to deny access to purchasing our products in the future.
Q. Do your products meet the new CPSIA safety requirements?
A. At Little Adventures® we take our product safety very seriously. Our products are manufactured in an exclusive family-owned factory in Southern China. In partnership with our factory owners, and through quarterly personal visits, we take every measure possible to ensure that our products meet and exceed all applicable safety requirements. All Little Adventures® products are subject to safety testing by accredited laboratories. Our products have met the physical, mechanical and flammability requirements for ASTM F963 and CFR Title 16.
